Rean Pretorius is currently Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to joining ThinGap as the VP – Business Development in April, 2005 and his subsequent promotion in August of 2005 to President and CEO, Mr. Pretorius was the Senior VP – Worldwide Channel and Alliances at DataMirror Corporation, a public software company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President – Worldwide Sales at Vision Solutions, an Irvine, California based software company. He holds a BComm degree in Economics & Finance from Stellenbosch University, Stellenbosch as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Africa.

Mike Sullivan
Chief Financial Officer

Mike Sullivan has served as Chief Financial Officer of ThinGap, LLC since May of 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sullivan served as both the CFO and Vice President of Finance for Digital Island, Inc, a company that was publicly traded until its sale. Prior to Digital Island, Mr Sullivan served as VP Operations and CFO for Tut Systems Inc., a publicly traded company until its sale. Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience with technology start-up's, providing financial and operational consulting services. He has owned and operated his own public accounting firm and consulted for various companies in technology, health care and other industries. Mr. Sullivan is a licensed CPA. Mr. Sullivan earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Joe Wilby
Director of Operations

Joe Wilby has served as Director of Operations of ThinGap since joining the company in July of 2004. Prior to joining ThinGap, Mr. Wilby worked extensively in the commercial OEM electronics markets. He was a founder and served as Vice President and General Manager of Thermal Control Products, a privately held California Corporation. Prior to forming Thermal Control Products Corporation, Mr. Wilby served as Vice President and General Manager of the Mclean Engineering division of ZERO Corporation, a publicly traded company on the NYSE. He holds a B. S. in Mechanical/Environmental Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

Shelly Ward
Director of Sales & Marketing

Shelly Ward has recently joined ThinGap as Director of Sales and Marketing in January of 2008. Prior to joining ThinGap, Ms. Ward served as Program Manager/Business Development at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Navigation Systems Division. Prior to that, she held a variety of positions in the Sales and Marketing Department at PTI Technologies, Inc. Ms. Ward has an extensive technical background and has worked a variety of engineering positions in her early career. She holds a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University at Pomona and a M.B.A from California Lutheran University at Thousand Oaks. Ms. Ward is also a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of California.

Greg Yordan
Manager of Engineering Services

Greg Yordan is currently the Manager of Engineering Services for ThinGap, LLC. Since joining the company in early 2003 as a Mechanical Engineer, Mr. Yordan has been responsible for the design and implementation of many of ThinGap’s brush and brushless products and proprietary manufacturing equipment . Previously, Mr. Yordan had designed interconnectivity products for Enhance, Inc. in San Jose, California. He holds a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
